Experienced executive with talent acquisition, sales, operational, accounting and audit expertise. With over 25 years experience in consulting and staffing I help both my clients and candidates to unlock their unrealized potential.

My experience includes working with clients and candidates at all levels, including the C-Suite. I have experience in numerous industries and functional areas. Functional strengths include Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax, Human Resources, Information Technology and Supply Chain.

Steve Baucher

With more than a decade of experience in strategic planning, economic and business development, I have been able to create great business results while maintaining customer satisfaction.

My passion is to provide innovative business solutions that will impact big-picture initiatives, from employee retention to improved processes or expansion and growth. My goal with each company I partner with is to build relationships through meaningful connections. Once I have a deep understanding of an employer’s needs, I am able to offer resources of my own, or connect them to others who can help each employer reach their goals. I have a special passion for working with local Northeast Ohio companies and helping them grow!
